Why The Rose?

The Rose Provides:

• Sophisticated and highly effective clinical treatment in a luxurious resort like setting on the sand in Newport Beach
• The “perfect blend” of modalities to address underlying issues like trauma, including:

                    - traditional psychological principles

                    - 12-Step work

                    - experiential/alternative therapies

• A chance for the woman build self esteem through a holistic treatment program which will help her reconnect with her body, mind and spirit  

• Gender specific treatment with 6 beds per phase that provides an intimate setting for behavioral change   

• Highly monitored treatment includes 24 hour staff presence and multiple individual therapy sessions per week with masters level therapists 
  

A Unique and Effective Setting

The Rose team works closely together to monitor the progress of the woman who is in treatment here.  There are many tools at the disposal of the treatment team and including a network of addiction and mental health specialists.

The Rose is part of the Sober Living by the Sea network of treatment facilities.  The Rose was created because of the recognized need for a comfortable and highly supportive environment for women to get their first 30 to 90 days of  sobriety while building a solid foundation for long term recovery.  

Treating the Entire Woman

The treatment team at the Rose employs an eclectic therapeutic approach to recovery.  The Rose program is holistic in nature. Every woman's  entire being is kept in mind, including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of her life.

The woman will undergo virtually all therapeutic activities in the private confines of The Rose facility.  The women use the beach out front for morning walks and (if appropriate) jogging.  Yoga, Pilates, and body sculpting are offered at a private studio minutes away.  Women also attend off site 12-Step meetings (for women only).  A woman may be referred to an off site therapist or other specialist depending on the assessment of the The Rose treatment team.  Transportation is provided for all activities in The Rose treatment program.
