What to Expect

The hardest part is reaching out for help by picking up the phone. The rest will just be one step at a time...

Because you may not know what to expect, it probably seems scary to contemplate admitting (or sending a loved one) to a women's addiction treatment facility.  You probably have many questions about what life will be like while receiving treatment at The Rose, and we are happy to answer your questions.  You can also get an overview of what daily life will be like at The Rose by looking at the weekly treatment schedule.

Once you pick up the phone and call one of our caring and patient admissions counselors, the process will lose its mystery.  You will talk with an intake specialist who has answers to your questions about receiving treatment at The Rose.  When you are ready to do so, our staff will patiently ask you the questions that comprise our preliminary assessment.  These questions will help identify an appropriate course of treatment for you or your loved one.  Our staff has heard and seen just about everything in our many years of treating women with chemical dependency problems.

Whether you are calling on behalf of a loved one or yourself, we congratulate you for caring enough to reach out for more information.  Our commitment to you is that our staff will be non-judgmental and will hold the entire treatment process in strict confidence.  Shortly after the initial assessment is completed over the phone, a level of care will be recommended.  After this initial assessment, you or your loved one may visit The Rose to meet the treatment team and learn more about what the treatment process is like.  After taking a tour of the facilities and having all of your questions answered, it will be time for a more in-depth physical and psychological screening and assessment by one of our consulting physicians to make sure that we are placing you or your family member in the proper level of care.

More Information about Our Treatment Center

After this "in person" screening is completed and we have confirmed that The Rose is the proper level of care, the woman who is admitting to receive treatment will be taken to the comfortable and private residence and shown around her living quarters.  After a few minutes of acclimating to The Rose's house on the beach and receiving an explanation of the policies and schedule, the woman will begin participating in a therapy session, workshop, or 12-step meeting.  The woman will be assigned a detailed and personalized activity schedule and will be fully instructed on how to proceed in her recovery.  At this point, the family members can rest easy with the knowledge that their loved one is in a safe and caring environment receiving the most effective rehabilitation treatment available.

It All Begins with a Phone Call

We hope that you will call us at 888.471.0435 to get answers to your questions and take the first step toward living a meaningful life without drugs or alcohol.  If you would like someone to contact you via email, please fill out a confidential request for an online assessment.
