Our staff will answer all your questions about our alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs, the disease of addiction and its impact on the family. What You Can Expect From Us

The hard part is picking up the phone and reaching out to us for more information. Once the first call is made and you are put in touch with one of our intake counselors, you will be guided through the rest of the process. The Rose team will help you get the right level of care at the appropriate location regardless of whether it is with us or not. Our treatment network has 23 years helping people in exactly your situation.

Sample Admissions Process:


 1. Phone call with an Admissions Counselor
We have the ability to answer all of your questions and make a recommendation over the phone.  Some of our clients from out of state will schedule a flight and make all arrangements in the initial call.

2. Tour and Meeting (if necessary)
We have people staffing our facility 365 days a year and we are happy to bring you in for an in-person assessment and facility tour.

4. Admission to Facility

Once you or your loved one arrives at our facility, there will be an initial check up by one of our addictions professionals to ensure that we are admitting to the appropriate level of care.  Soon the woman is in clean and inspiring surroundings being guided to a new way of life.

Jennifer Twist, Director of Quality Management, comes to The Rose with over twenty years of experience in health care with a primary focus on Quality, Risk Management, Compliance and health law.  Jennifer believes that families and clients are the best source of information for continuous improvement.  Here at The Rose, we are dedicated to outstanding customer service and client care and the feedback that we received from our clients and their families allows us to continuously enhance the services we provide.

Paige has been active in the recovery community for over 7 years, during which time she also had a successful career in marketing and advertising for ABC network in Dallas, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Millsaps College.
