Optional Christian Celebrate Recovery Program

Some women find their recovery at The Rose greatly enhanced by participating in our Celebrate Recovery program. The Rose will create a unique program for each woman after our initial intake screening, and if the woman is interested in integrating Christ-based principles into her treatment program she will be given access to any or all of the following Christian drug rehab activities:
- Celebrate Recovery open share groups and step studies
- Individual counseling with a Celebrate Recovery counselor
- Celebrate Recovery Bible studies and workbook activities
- Celebrate Recovery services and worship services at Saddleback Church

Celebrate Recovery was founded in 1991 at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California. Our treatment center's Celebrate Recovery participants attend services and activities onsite at the church where Celebrate Recovery was created.
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-Step program that celebrates God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to "be changed." Counselors and participants in Celebrate Recovery open the door by sharing their experiences, strengths, and hopes with the newcomer. A powerful transformation begins when the woman accepts God’s grace in solving life’s problems.
The women who participate in our Christian track apply Biblical principles to the process of recovery. Once the woman begins to grow spiritually, her newfound sobriety is enhanced by her spiritual connection to the Bible and her fellowship with other Christians in recovery. She will become free from her addictive behaviors and able to address the underlying issues with the strength and support of the fellowship. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As she progresses through the program she discovers her personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power, Jesus Christ.
A Holistic Recovery Process
Our Celebrate Recovery program can be one component of the recovery process for the women who arrive at our treatment center. Our 23 years of treating addiction and alcoholism have given us an incredible amount of insight, allowing us to create a personalized treatment schedule for each woman to give her the best chance of achieving long-term sobriety. Our clinicians are highly skilled in reaching through the pain of the chemical dependency to address underlying issues like trauma and grief.
We will include in every woman's treatment program therapeutic processes such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Art Therapy
As well as positive, enriching workshops on topics such as:
- Nutritional Education
- Self-Esteem
- Body Image Education
- Grief and Loss
And lots of physical, spiritual, and social activities such as:
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Beach Walks
- Massage Therapy
