Located in beautiful Newport Beach, California, The Rose is a world-class treatment center where adult women can receive life-changing care for substance abuse, chemical dependency, and certain co-occurring mental health disorders. At The Rose, we incorporate detoxification, residential rehabilitation, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) services into one comprehensive and highly effective three-phase treatment experience. Our dynamic programming incorporates a wide range of therapeutic techniques and modalities. In addition to traditional individual and group therapy sessions, we also take advantage of our refreshing and inspiring location with beach walks, outdoor meditation, and similar experiences.
Designed by women for women, The Rose offers an intimate treatment experience with no more than six women in any phase of treatment at the same time. When a woman chooses to heal at The Rose, she can be certain that she will be valued and respected throughout the treatment process, she will work in close collaboration with experienced and compassionate professionals to achieve her personal goals, and she will be cared for in a manner that meets her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
At The Rose, we understand the many ways that substance abuse and addiction can impact women, and we are sensitive to the unfortunate reality that many women who develop problems with alcohol or other drugs have also experienced trauma. Our treatment professionals have specific expertise in the relationship between substance abuse and trauma, and we take great care to ensure that our program remains a safe and supportive place for women whose chemical dependency has resulted from or been exacerbated by trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
The primary goal of The Rose is to guide women through their earliest steps along the path of lifelong recovery. When a woman completes her time with us, she will have achieved 30 to 90 days of sobriety and will have developed the skills and begun to make the lifestyle changes that will allow her to maintain and build upon this progress when she returns home. At The Rose, women in crisis can find the safety, security, and guidance that they need to end their dependence upon alcohol or other drugs and resume their pursuits of happier, healthier, and more promising futures.
